Quick plug size question......

Im running a BR8EG in my 91yz 250. I picked up some plugs today and noticed that they gave me a BR8ES. Whoops!!!Whats the difference between them? Is the BR8ES a hotter plug? Can I run that plug with out tweeking my piston and rings?

Go to ngk's website, get what is recomended for your bike, if your gamey they have that imfo also.

Go to the bottom of the yellow colun on the left and click on;

The 2 plugs are the same heat range and are interchangeable. Dimensionally they are the same...so it's safe to use.

The G means that the plug has a "Fine Wire Nickel Alloy Center Electrode" and the S is "Standard 2.5 mm Center Electrode". They do interchange without problems.

No performance difference.

the "G" and "S" plugs are identical, if they are out of G's, i'll run S's and vice-versa.
