Hello,

This ad for a used bike (xr400) says it has RaceTech suspension.

What is this?

What are the benefits?

Does it make the seat height any higher/lower? (I can barely touch stock)

How much $$$ does it cost?

From an ad, it could mean anything from a RaceTech sticker on the side, to RT springs, to RT Gold Valves.

Gold valves are just a different piston from stock. The "kit" gives you a pile of shims and charts that correspond to various damping settings. If it does have the GVs be sure to get the shims and charts from the guy.
