What time of the year should we be sending out our racer resume's to potential sponsors for the 2002 season?

I had good connections for this years sponsors, so I didn't need to get a resume to them, but next year is a different story.

Most companies accept resumes from Sept 1st to late October. Some companies vary. It is wise to get them in early. Check out websites of the companies you want to send them to, they ususally have their sponsorship guidelines there.
