Racing at 16

next year for the hair scrambles i'll be 16, so i can bring myself, but can i go by myself? or do i need a parent like the tracks?

If it's AMA sanctioned, you'll need a parent to sign your release until you're 18. I think they *may* be able to sign them ahead of time though (and some places require them to be notarized as well).

k, didn't think so. but what your saying, is my parents can sign a release form so i can go by myself?

In the hare scrambles you need to have someone over 18. It doesn't need to be your parent. All this year my friends dad signed for me and no one ever said anything.

well my cousins husband races them, so i guess i could go to the ones he goes to with him as my gardian or whatever.
