Radiator Louvers

I was going to put some radiator louvers on my KDX220 04 model.... Someone at the shop I work at thought it would overheat with the restricted air flow they would cause... Anyone have these on their KDX'sand if so do you overheat or do they work fine? Any replies will be greatly appreciated...

I have 'em on mine (95 200). I've never overheated & have ridden hard in temps well over 100f.

if your worried about overheating, go buy a jug of evan antifreeze and you will never have overheating problems again. i think the web site is www.evancooling.com or you could just ride here in calgary right now (-40 c with wind chill).
