I'm re valving my forks on my 380 EXC. I ride mostly tight woods 2nd and 3rd gear max. I'm trying to get rid of the harsh, low speed, bang out of the front . I get a harsh jolt from the front forks when I hit roots and rocks that the front should carry over I still want the bike to handle hi speed stuff also I am an old pro MX'er and race the open expert class Hare scrambles
