Rear Brake Pedal Bolt 2003 KX 250

My rear brake pedal bolt will not get tight is this a common
Problem can A longer bolt be installed with a nut on the back of the frame tab threads? Any one know the size of the stock bolt :bang:

Dont know the thread size but I did find that part is twelve bucks and it is like my 1996 KX25O . The hole in the frame is stripped too?

I can find it on oem parts list I was looking for the spec
