rear spokes

Im pretty sure there's a special way to do it.Somthing like tighten every third one till you go around the rim 3 times or somthing.I dont know for sure though.Ive spoked a rim befor but it was a pretty bad job.A tourqe spoke wrench would make it alot easier.
