OK- This Roketa 110cc ran great until my wife knocked it over in the garage and pinched the throttle cable. I replaced it and put it back together without any issue - Very easy fix so I thought. The bike turns over after 1st or 2nd kick, but cuts out right away unless I lay on the throttle a bit giving it some juice and keep on it. As soon as I let off after warming up for a few minutes it cuts out. I keep the choke closed all the way when starting (Just as I did before) until it gets a little warm, but as soon as I open it just a bit, it cuts out as I'm still laying on the throttle. It's like it's getting too much air or something? Any ideas?

4 stroke throttle cable at the handle bar needs to be adjusted as follows:
-cable furthest away must not be screwed out, must be all the way in
-cable closest to you is the cable you adjust for the throttle tube play

When the bike was knocked over, did the carb hit anything?

If the cable was damage at the handle bar, the cable may have gotten pulled hard damaging something on the carb. You may want to pull the carb and look it over, but before you do take a good look at the carb, check the clamp that holds the rubber intake on the motor to the carb then check rubber intake for holes, looseness, or a tear.
