Replacing inverted KDX for seals

I have an inverted model of the KDX 200. My fork seals sometimes leak a little bit of oil when ridden hard. They also have small cracks in the rubber.

I have new seals on order, and am curious as to how I remove and install the new seals.

How much of the front end should I take appart? Do I need any pullers, special tools etc.?

Any help would be appreciated!
