I can't remember the name, but there was a company a few years ago selling them for $595 + your stock heads as a core. They came assembled with dual valve springs and 1.60 intake/1.90 exhaust valves. I don't remember the flow numbers but they were a LOT better than stock. The 302 has a lot of potential, IMHO you would get the most bang for the buck with it.
