Riding areas near Las Vegas?

Hey guys, I'm thinking about going to SEMA the first week of November and am considering making a riding trip out of it. I've never ridden farther West than Stillwater, OK at Dirtweek, so I have no clue where to ride around Vegas.

Can anyone give some areas to ride and any tips/pointers for some KY boys heading West to ride?
