hello all i have rm 250 02 model but not sure if its 02 how can i tell what year it realy is

id been to the site but dont seem to find its a off road bike i have

Yup my 02 RM250 is an off road bike as well. Is there a 17 digit VIN number on the steering stem? If so as the site I linked you to tells you that the 10th digit will tell you the model year of that bike. If your country hasn't adopted the 17 digit vin id system for these models then you need to dig further into that site looking at frame numbers and engine codes.

Is the number you're referring to a 17 digit number on the steering stem? If so what is the 10th digit? If not I'm not really sure at this point as I haven't done any further research at that site on how to identify models that don't use the 17 digit vin.
