I have noticed that if you do not kick it over with the full range of the kick starter it will almost never start. Im sure you fellow 4 stroke guys already know this. It seems to be real common among my 2 smoke friends that get on my bike (while running cause I know they cant start it) and stall it and try to start it with a half of a kick like on their smokers.
