RM125 woes...

Long story short, a kid rode my rm shortly after replacing the top end and it ended up in my engine having a crapload of metal shavings in it and mainly my crankshaft assembly ruined. For about a month now I have looked for a crankshaft assembly for a 2000 rm125 thats < $200. Can anyone tell me if there is an alternative to buying it from Suzuki for $420? I need the WHOLE assembly.

Edit: Or will any others years crankshaft assembly work in the 2000 engine? Or will any other years engine bolt up to my 2000 frame?

how are your crank halves? if they're OK, you could have it rebuilt.
