rm250 wont idle

I just got my first bike 05 rm250. now it may be i dont know what im doing but i cant get it to idle.as soon as i close the throttle it shuts off. what could i be doing wrong. i put it in nuetral pull the choke and kick it its starts on the first kick then i push the choke back down.could it be the idle screw?too rich?i think the dealer made the fuel rich for the break in.. i have no clue

2 stroke motocross bikes run better if you set them up to not idle. You can make them idle though if you like. Sounds like the idle screw would do the trick if you turned it. Not too familiar with bran new bikes (you lucky beast) but it used to be the choke knob that doubled as the idle screw. Up and down for choke and turning for idle screw.
