Hi there. Don't know if this is the right forum, so I took my best educated guess ;) But when I ride my '93 Suzuki RMX250 I have a VERY difficult time finding nuetral in the trans, could this be an adjustment of some sort, or is it just the bike? I seem to have to ride around in a coupple circles between 1-2 before I can find it, it's very frustrating :bang: .

Any help/opinions will be greatly appreciated,
Thanks,
Mike

My 94' RM125 does that when it is low on oil. If its not that you clutch could be out of adjustment or it could be your shift forks.

It's when I'm moving when I'm trying it, if I'm still(not started) I rock front and back and it still takes quite a few tries. The oil is also always level with the bottom of the fill plug, I check it every time:) How do I go about checking the shift forks?

Drain out your oil. There should be the fill amount in ml stamped on the side. Put in that much of new oil and see how she goes. Maybe the oil is getting old?

Time for a complete clutch rebuild.
Basket, plates, springs.........

My 96 RMX did this.

sounds like a notchy clutch basket or a bent shifter mechanism
