is it possible to put an automatic tensioner from the 2006 rmz 450 onto the 2005 model that is manual

Both the 05 and 06 RMZ 450 use a manual cham chain tensioner. The 07 comes with a auto cham chain tensioner that is not compatible with the 05 or 06.
