2005 rmz 450 oil strainers

how do i clean the oil strainers on the 2005 rmz 450 are they easy to remove as the manual isnt very clear on this

You have to split the cases to get at the inner oil strainers. I rebuilt my 05 two months ago and had some debris in them, but by no means were they blocked to disrupted oil flow.
