Rubber Handlebar Mount

I'd like to changeout the rubber handlebar mounts with a solid mount. Anyone know who makes them ??

I have these and like them. Same as the others above. Gives more of a solid feel than the stock wimpy rubbers.

I use the stock cr rubber mount (much stiff than the kdx) and a kx 250 one piece top clamp and this works excellent. there is no twist in the bar and less vibrations than the solid mounts.
