I was riding on some trails the other day with a bunch of my friends(they were on 4x4 atv's). We came up to a mud hole and I watched all my friends cross it fine, it was pretty deep but I figured that I could make it. I guess I hit a rut and it just sank. The water got half way up the carburator and the bike died. I tried starting it twice and since it wouldnt start I just pulled it out onto some higher ground. I then drained the carb and pulled the seat off. Water didnt seem to make it to the filter. So I put eveything back together, and after a few kicks it fires up(runs bad for a few moments) and I rode back to camp(the motor seemed fine)...Other than changing the oil, and regreasing the wheel bearings, what needs to be done?

It should be fine. I doubt the wheel bearings even need a regrease but it doesn't hurt to do them anyways. Make sure none of the vent tubes and plugged and you should be fine.
