Theres definitely a bit of every stench in that pic. But the overwhelming one is a slightly spoiled hammy sammy. Or maybe that is the stench of the geezer its so similar.

On a more serious note I think we should stick to calling VintageDirt Wes for short. I'm not so sure I'd like people to call me VD, thats kind of short for something unpleasant.
