setting float level

how do i set my float level becuz i think its too high cuz the fuel overflows and comes out the vent tubes

The fuel vavle might be stuck. Take the carb bowl off and see if they are sticking in the down position. Get a manual for your bike, it will tell you everything you need to know about the carb's jetting.
