hey people ...im new to the sight ...looks to be a great one at that !! i just got a 2005 cr125r ,2 stoke , the buddy i bought it from was not very service friendly ...had no spark ,cdi fixed that ,started rite up ...very happy .. ... chaged the oil ,very dirty ,in the trans that is .. had it out for a rip, heres the issue ...when going through the gears ,when i shift to 4th itonly stays there breifly and shifts itself to 5th ??? i havent done the clutches ,bike doesnt slipp and 4th gear is there ??? any ideas thks ...

Check the shifting mechanism inside the right side case. Make sure the star on the shift drum is tight and the indent roller is in good condition. If everything is ok there, you may have to split the cases and inspect the gears and shift forks. A bent shift fork can cause that.
