Showa twin chamber fork seal change??

I need advice changing my fork seals. I have unscrewed the dampner comp on the top of my fork, the smaller middle one comes out but the outer one is giving me trouble. How do the chambers come apart?
Is it necessary to take apart the rebound screw on the bottom of my fork to change the seal?
I have done single chamber Showa seals and I left the rebound screw on the bottom intact.

you need to unscrew the rebound adj on the bottom. this requires an allen wrench attachment and an impact. once it unscrew's extend it out, use a 17mm wrench to hold the dampner assembly and unscrew the whole thing.
now thw question is do you have to do this to change the seals? I did my valve at the same time as my seals, and can't remember if you even have to remove the bottom assembly to get the fork legs apart.
