Sidi Quatro Boots

I'm just getting back into riding after about 16 years and am in the process of buying new gear again. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Sidi Quatro boots. I'm on a budget so I can only afford about $200. I was wondering mostly about comfort, durability, and are they waterproof.

Any input would be appreciated.
