Spark plug question

Just sort of a general question about NGK spark plugs. How do you decode them. Like what does a br8es mean, how is it different the a br8eg. I know the number is the heat range but about the rest?

yah all that is is the definition of the temp range like a br8 is medium and br9 is hot and br7 is cold.
