Spark Plug ?

Can anyone tell me what the manual says is the recommended spark plug for a 01 RM 250?
If it calls for one of those high dollar plugs, can somebody give me a substitute? Thanks

I run BR8ES or EG's in my 02, Not sure what the manual calls for as it's already packed for Dirtweek :cool:

Thanks. I pulled a BR8EG out of it, but I bought the bike used with no service manual. I fouled one sunday and used a BR8ES and really couldn't tell a difference.
