Racetech has a spring rate generator. Run your numbers through it, subtract two sizes and you'd be close. Jeremy (mx-tech) has a spring rate generator, too, I believe. Give it a shot. Is being a 12st clubman (whatever that is) of import in spring rate choice? That wouldn't by chance be '1/2 fast' would it? ;)

Like 14 pounds to a stone, 12.7 tons to an inch, 19/64 feet to a Fahrenheit? 4000 cubits per fathom or something? That would make him a tickle under 170 pounds or ~ 76kg in real money. ;) Hot setup is take the fork caps off & pour oil in till they’re full. Friday night here, I’m off for a beer.
