Standard rate springs for a 00 CR 125 Honda

Id like to know what the standard rate fork and shock springs are for a 00 CR 125. My girlfriend is riding a 00 CR 250 and it is too harsh for her. The suspension was revalved by WER by the previous owner. I was thinking of installing the springs from a CR 125 but do not know the rate. Thanks.

4.7 rear...... .42 frt. but they won't interchange. Your 125 has KYB suspension and the 250 has Showa.

Thanks Doc, I didnt realise that the 125 used different suspension components.:o

If she weighs less than 150 then she will need springs even lighter than the 125 rates.
