The last laugh will be on Bubba when KTM takes the title. Considering how Langston rode this final race in his first championship, I am sure he will be aiming for a high finish in the first moto, unless of course he gets taken out .. again !!! :p It's all be over for Bubba by the end of the first moto, then we can see Langston and Hughes race for the championship .....

How many overall's has Grant won? How many moto's? 1 moto? Where would Grant be without Stewart missing 4 races? Are we going to say "consistency"? Is that why Grant has such a stellar year last year? Oh... he wasn't consistent due to injuries, right? I call winning 28 of 35 career motos consistent. Anyone know how many Motos Grant has won in his career here? Or every moto in every round you enter in a season, some by 50 seconds or more. Winning by attrition? Yeah, that can get you a championship. I'd take it too, but knowing there is a guy out there that can out-ride, out-class and spank me silly would still bother me. Too bad there isn't an East-West thing in the 250's so everyone could avoid running with the guy nest year. Then again it would look kinda silly with only one guy in the east or west.

Hughes will win it. As much as it sucks that someone who BELONGS in the 125's (meaning KIDS; Sellards, Jesseman, The Aussies, etc. or even Stewart for that matter), won't win it, it's not going to be Langston. He's got bad MoJo :p

And Bundu ... really... the "last laugh"? I assume you mean only this season right?

Gotta admit, I thought he'd be back at Southwick. Oh well, a dollar well spent. Looks like the kid could miss only 3 rounds and spank 'em all, but not 4, lol.

Did anyone catch the race tonight? I saw the supposed takeout that Langston cried about from Bubba. What a joke, no way was that a takeout. Grant needs to stop crying and ride. Quit riding to protect a lead and race you wimp. If you lose the Championship it is nobodies fault but your own, crybaby.

I thought Pichon was in Europe. Do we have another crybaby on our hands?

Until Bubba wins a 'World' championship, he can go suck air for all I care. Easy enough to trash talk, but for an American to go to Europe and win a world championship is hard work. Talk is cheap, money buys the whiskey :p

As to the supposed takke out, regardless of what happened, having your front wheel taken out when you are a title contender is really 'bad' mojo, if you ask me. Langston may end up like Greg Albertyn, a 'world champ', who has to wait a few years for a US title.

I moto win, and the championship - maybe - gotta suck to win this way .... !!! :confused:

You can get the lap times and stats from USMotocross.com for any of the rounds.

For Steel City the fastest 250 lap was RC at 2:28.709 and next was Windham at 2:29.430. In the 125 class, Bubba ran a 2:32.339 and Hughes was next at 2:35.558

I had to say one last thing on this whole topic.
Whoever says that if they had "won the title with Stewart not winning it this year would not feel good about it", has never raced for a series title or championship. If that is the case the person who states it should not bother racing, he has allready beaten himself. This is what its all about...beating the guy who everybody says is unbeatable. As they say "scoreboard"
The rest is all spin. You can go on forever with the "what ifs" the fact is when the dust settles the guy with the #1 plate is the champion.

Neph-ratitty - you forgot to note, that I'd been smoking 'fish bait' ..... :p looks like ya got caught.

I was only knocking Bubba because he has been making disparaging remarks about Langston being a so called 'world champion' - Until Bubba goes over there, spanks everyone, earns himself that world championship, then he might as well shut his trap .. eh !!! :moon:

When last did an American win a world championship ........ in contrast, when last did a world champ win a US title ......... hahaha ... if I remember correctly ..... it is now two South Africans ......... :)

BTW, there was a time when TP went to South Africa, and got spanked by Langston. Langston is world class, and has proved this. If he stays healthy, next year should be a great year for him.
