XRpredator said:if you can fit the lower clamp and steering stem in a freezer, put it in one overnight. Then take your new bearing, put it in a pan with some warm oil and get it warm. once it warms up, it'll expand just enough to fit over the cold steering stem. Should drop right on, then let both assume room temperature, and you're good to go.
