Stonyford Conditions
Has anyone been to Stonyford lately? What are condition like this time of year? I haven't ridden there in many years, and am thinking about driving down from Seattle to ride there between Christmas and New Years.
The snow is pretty low. The lower trails are free of snow. The Mendocino forest will close to riding when they get more than 1" of rain. The trails reopen 48 hours later. I would suggest you contact the USFS in Willows for the Greystone Ranger District to see if the lower trails will be open.
