My God, it's like the short bus overturned and a couple of riders escaped out there. Looks like one of our old friends has "reincarnated" himself. It's amazing how a couple of idiots can send the intelligence level of a thread right through the floor (Not counting my contributions, of course). It's like a bad rash out there in spots. You really wanna scratch it but when you do, it just spreads.:D

Sorry to complain so much. Just wondering if I'm alone on this?

I keep looking at those damn posts, kind of like looking at an accident, morbid curiousity. :eek: I try very hard not to post anything but occasionally get sucked in. I rarely even open any of them after the first 10 of 15 posts though.

They are being removed pretty much as fast as he posts.
I was going to let him stay, until I read on RMD that he's "smater than the admins" LOL.

Claim to be banned? Just doing my part to not make a liar out of him.

Then you've got Dr. Bill... said he was banned? Absolutley untrue. He's still not, in fact posted yesterday. Go figure. It's unbelievable how the guy is going-off, blows my mind.

Actually they make the post, screen it, edit it to appear a mod did it and then cut the "edited by" line out of the screen shot. Pretty simple stuff.

Only Admins, mods and sponsoring members have the ability to delete their own posts, members can not, they can only edit.

Okie, can you check my permissions please - I couldn't delete my own posts the other day.

On the same note - is there a limit to the size a post can grow to? I tried to add another photo to a post (Jawbone ones) on 2 occasions and only the post showed - not the photo.

550 X 550!

I've been wondering what that magic number was. I've been trimming to 400 X 600. I was gonna post a picture of myself with my helmet off, but I kept getting an error message. Something about an "Ugly Filter" being enabled?

Back to the original "seriousness" of this thread. There is one guy who has been mentioned in another similar thread here that just seems to be bipolar or something. Posts illiterate gibberish most of the time. I can't understand most of it, I can't understand what point he's trying to make and I can't understand which side he's on in "discusions". :think Szcitsophranic? (sp?)

Ding-ding-ding! We have a winner! I wasn't going to mention any names, but...

Now that I have a weekend of riding in and am feeling much more calm (read: exhausted), I was just thinking about how difficult it has to be to keep things this good with so many members. There will always be a few folks that will rub you the wrong way. For a regular member like myself, I just tend to stay away from them. How many times has it been said that you can't argue with an idiot? I bite my tongue most of the time and leave the battling to the mods and admins. It just seems like the few who are at the center of every idiotic argumentive post just aren't on the same planet as the rest of us. Just a bunch of nonsensical boloney is what seems to spew out of their cake holes most of the time. Sorta like they brought the wrong set of notes to debate class!

YamaMoron is a piece of work. He has more personalities than Sybil (sp?). I have traded a few PM's with him after one incedent. He claims he does it to try to get stupid threads closed down. "I don't thin so Lucy". What's even more frightening is that he allowed to be around children. Not sure it they are his or relatives. Scary stuff. :scream:

Lou, thanks for the heads up on "today's" dilweed. SeniorKX, if you were the one that shut that puppy down, there are several of us grateful.:) As for the other .com's I don't bother. The overwhelming majority of DRN is fine with me. If I got to posting on another board I'd have to quit my job. I spend a lot of time on DRN and I need the rest of my time to rest, work, and, well, RIDE!:D
