I was just wondering if any one rides a street bike and if you do what is it ? I ride a old highly modified Katana and a v45 Magna and a Vriago 920 and I have a old Kawasaki 305 project.

I have a 2005 Kawasaki Ninja 250. Midnight Blue with the orange and silver accents.

Bought it wrecked with 6,140 miles on it, repaired the plastics, replaced a few broken pieces and tweaked a few others back into shape...put on a new rear tire...

Put about 2,000 miles on it this summer.

Sadly, there are not many second chances when riding pavement.

I have an 07 Honda VFR 800. Its the red/white/blue anniversary edition. This is one of the few street bikes I have not bought wrecked and fixed.
My old bike is my old Road Kign that i bought wrecked and had painted fixed it and sold it alreaqdy. The VFR is easier to ride to college and not worrry about.

I have pictures but can't post them.

I ride some on the street. This one won't do a wheelie... I can't win any drag races.. I can run 75 mph on the freeway, but I don't because parts start fallin off a it. But it's cool riding something that shares my birthday!

I have no skills. I am doing my part by keeping it in the condition it was when I bought it. The guy that restored it was so anal that he researched it down to the original manufacturer of the nuts and bolts to be sure that this one was cad plated and that one was chrome. It's a 57 FL sport solo model with the chrome accessory group. I beleive there were 1553 of this one produced. 57 was the last year of the rigid frame. All original except rims and internal guts of the ignition switch.

I got another one for when I need to get in touch with my wilder side. 93 inch S&S generator case shovelhead. Rigid 2 out and 4 up stretch with a 2 over springer. Jockey shift and a wide open primary. This thing is a hoot to try and hang onto when on the gas.. she wants to pull out from underneath you, not to mention banging gears with one hand while gassin it with the other.
