Suggestions for fork oil wt.(xr200)??

What is the heaviest wt oil anyone would reccomend in xr200 forks.I started by putting in belray 20 wt at stock level.But it seemed the high speed stability sucked.So i backed off and went to 10 wt but put the max amt in to help prevent bottoming which has worked so far.If i drop to a 7 or 5 wt and add the max amount would the bike be more stable than with the 10 wt.
BTW i have cut 1/2 longer spacers for the springs to help keep the front end up so the frontend is a little stiff b/c of the increased pre-load.

PS another quick querstion how much pre-load should the stem bearings have on them?How easily should the handlebars move from side to side??:uh: :eek:

The 10wt is probalbly best for you.. What do you weight? Your bars should move easily , but not lose..
