I have been running a sunstar 50 tooth z sprocket on my 520 for 3 months now and i think its the longest wearing sprocket I ever used.
Almost as light as aluminum but made out of stamped and heat treated steel.
Very good product and inexspensive.

What exactually (sp?) is a sunstar "Z" . I ordered a steal sprocket- Sunstar- from a local dealer, is this different than type "Z"? I had excellent luck out of my 97` original chain (DID o ring) and Sunstar sprockets on a XR400R. This is why I ordered them again, great products! Hope they hurry & get here.

New this year , the z sprocket is a very thin stamped steel sprocket that is hardened. The teeth are stagered like a saw tooth.
Parts unlimited sells them and my practice track customers have been buying them alot.
They are all black and come with sprocket bolts. Light as aluminum and as strong or stronger than your standard steel sprocket.
