Supermini CR /woods

I'm thinking about sending an '05 CR 85 cylinder to US chrome to be bored and plated for the 52mm supermini piston.
Does this engine require case mods?

This is in an effort to make more bottom power without regard for top-end loss.

If anyone has experience with this, please fill me in on the details.

Additional plans are;
Machine a wide flat squishband, (cc's undetermined)
FMF Fatty, and Q
Spacers for reeds, and exhaust

Got an Eric Gorr 102 that has more everywhere! My son really likes it and the flywheel weight that worked well on the stocker really makes the 102 feel like it is better down low even though it is not a power adder.

Did you have to send him the cases, or just the cyl and head?

I sent Eric the entire engine as the maintenance history was unknown and I feel better about him (or Rich) doing the complete assembly. Eric and Rich have done the engine in every one of my bikes and I have always been MORE than happy with the result. Unfortunatly Eric is closing up shop for a while and headed to Europe but he has made suggestions for alternate builders.
