Suspension for my Weight

Ok I have a 1998 Cr 125. Im 145lbs and 5'7". I want to set the suspension for my weight because right now it feels to stiff for me. Is there settings that can be told to me so i can set it up for my weight easily and quickly

find an owners manual it will have all the stock settings. it gets you heading in the right direction. good luck!!

I never got a owners manual when i bought the bike

Your CR was built for a guy just your size. Shouldn't be too hard to dial it in.
