The links on a '98 220 that was purchased used is stamped 112.5mm. Is that the standard lenth or aftermarket? This bike has had many modifications and seems taller than a stock one.
You may need to set your race sag if the bike feels tall to you when you sit on it. The previous owner may have weighed more than you. It's at least worth checking. If you don't know how, do a search, there are lots of threads on the subject.
