Suspension settings for my weight and skill

Hey Jeremy, I have a '01 250f with the stock suspension and it works pretty well. However, I will be doing a fork oil change in the near future and I was wondering if you could suggest an oil height and possible springs (front and back). As well as it's working now, I don't see the need to send it out, just fine tune it a little bit (and possibly learn more about suspension). Any suggestions, tips, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Weight: 210 Skill: Novice.

I always start on the low side and add if need be.The KYBs seems to work good with highish oil heights.I run 90mm in my 02 Cr but it has the bladder fork and is different to yours.
