I have an 01 CR250 and I'm only trail riding with it. The
suspension is to stiff and in turn doesn't able me to sit on the
seat for very long at all. It is still at factory settings. I would like to
avoid paying for a revalve or softer springs. Is it more complicated
than turning the front and rear clickers out to the left. I don't
so soft that I bottom out on smaller jumps just more comfortable
to sit down on and easier to ride in trails. Any advice would
be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Try turning the comp adjusters out(softer) 3 clicks at a time. The manual shows where the fork/shock adjusters are located.
