Suspension

Hey, I was just wondering if anybody has had their suspension done by K-Tech to lower the bike at all? I have a YZ 125 and unfortunately I'm a little shorty, I don't feel confident with not being able to touch the ground to get back on the bike and restart if I come of. So my dad wanted to know what it was exactly they did in order to lower the bike for you?
