Have an RM125 believed to be a 1993 model. Does anyone know where I can find info concerning the Suzuki VIN numbers. This would help in the year identification. Found nothing on Suzuki's website. All help welcomed. Thanks.

You might try posting in the CR/YZ/RM.....forum. There might be more feedback there.

Now if you had a 72 Penton, I could help you out. These new fangled one shock water cooled thingys make my brain cell hurt!

If you post the vin I can tell you what it is. What exactly are you looking for? The year is the 10th digit so it should be a "P". The next is the plant it was built at and the rest is the sequential. The beginning is the manufacturer, made in Japan and so on. The 4th, 5th 6th and maybe 7th is the model, 9th is the check digit. Let me know what else you want.;)

Hey Canon, here's the rest. It's a 1995 Suzuki RM125 originally sold out of PA. by a dealer and should have an engine number of 134662 and of course, was built in Japan. :D
