suzuki jr 50 clutch adjustment

does anyone know how to adjust the clutch on a jr50? when littlezook puts it in gear it clunks and takes off. any help would be much appreciated.

I'm interested to know too.
Is it possible that the idle is too high.
When my kids crack the throttle and
realize that it's in neutral, they click it into
gear with the revs up and it makes me cringe :yikes:

Look in the "JR50 2nd gear??" thread. Second page, the post from Michael Deilke talks about doing it, but doesn't give particulars. Maybe contact him directly?

I'm interested, but my son has more learning to do before I worry about the clutch adjustment or second gear...
