swap fork valving from 01 YZ to 03 YZ ?

I have a 2001 YZ250F with forks revalved by Factory Connection. I really like these forks but have just recently purchased a 2003 YZ250. I'm aware that the 02 & up YZ forks have a new piston and such so I would rather not swap the entire forks but can I keep the Factory connection valving by simply swapping the compression valve?

It may be easier to just swap the forks if possible.

FC more than likely did some work on the midvalve so you would have to switch all the internals.

One works with the other-you need both or none.

Can you swap both or is that just basically swapping the entire fork already?

You may as well swap the whole fork i dont think its a easy job to swap the internals.
