Had a chance to test ride a newer version of my bike.
Some difference in parts: new piston, racetech front and rear, drilled airbox,kick-starter, jet change (her bike).

The motor felt tight yet smoother, I did not notice much difference in the rear suspension. The front was another story,
big difference in the small rocky sections. Big hits felt about the same.
I liked the kick-starter, small and tucked in when folded out.
I couldn't tell if I liked her jets and needle combo over mine. My bike has a 50 tooth sprocket on the rear and would accelerate quicker than the stock set-up on her bike.
Didn't get a chance for wide open test for any distance.
The footpegs are alot tighter on her bike.
I like how the stock S/A looks on the bike better than the Q on mine.
Yes, I would trade in a heartbeat, or do the same mods: F/R susp., new piston, kick-starter, I'll keep the 50 tooth though.
