It’s ALIVE!!! The beast is alive! Yes indeed the KX draws breath and spits dirt in your very face! WAAHAHAHAAA! Ok, yeah I’m a little excited. I got the 11oz. Flywheel weight on today and retarded the ignition timing and put on a CEET gripper cover. WOW it’s a different bike already. I haven’t ridden it yet because my forks are still a little twisted in the clamps, my dad is going to buy a good torque wrench this week so I should be riding this weekend! I want to shout out a big thanks to Vic, KX-727, BigLou, Ol'89r, Senior KX Rider and Okie. You guys have helped me out a lot. I know some of you didn’t like the idea of the flywheel weight but I think it’s going to be nice. I will give you all a FULL ride report once I get a few hours seat time.

Thanks again guys.

For those of you who haven't seen the beast...

Ahhh my old 1995 XR250R is long gone... It was a good bike but it had it's downfalls...suspension...brakes...weight...power... You get the picture. The KX is great though! It's wild riding a light bike with good suspension and brakes!

Nice looking bike. The green handgards look pretty trick for woods riding.

JP, here is a pic of me riding my old XR.

People thought I was a little off my rocker... I just thought it was fun.
