You heard right. I just received an email from Reese Dengler and this is what he said:

I talked with Mike Tillman today, he has received confirmation that Jaroslav Falta and Bedrich Bendick will indeed be here for the Sears Point AHRMA national in April. Mike will be preparing AHRMA legal 250 Falta Replica (what else?) for Falta to race. This is your chance to meet one of the greatest CZ riders of all time, and the true 1974 250cc World Moto-cross Champion.
