The tree jumped out in front of me!

Ok I thought I would share with you guys a ride last weekend that I went on!
You gotta remember that it is winter here at the moment and we had rain all last week!
We went out for a supposedly cruisy trail ride. There was about 12 of us, 2 girls and 10 guys. We rode along at a fairly fast pace on some great trails with good traction until we come to a small but steep hill. This hill had a few rocks, a small ledge but looked ok until we tried to ride up it! 10 of us stacked at least once going up!
Anyway I got almost to the top before the KDX hit a rock and flicked the front wheel and spun the bike around, next thing I know, I am gripping the bike seat with my knees and my arms are in a bear hug with the tree. If it wasnt for the guys I dont know how I would of got down!
Anyway I have attached a photo of the aftermarth when they got me down from the tree! Everything is ok, but the tree looks a little grazed!!!

I've left a few scars on trees while riding my bike, too! :scream:

Now, I take the attitude toward trees:  If I don't look at them, they're not really there!  ;)

I was so lucky the boys were there, I was actually hanging off the tree! I had no idea how I was getting down! Im gonna try and get some more photos up now I know how to do it! Bring in the motorcross this weekend!!!!!!
